My clay journey kicked off nearly four years ago when I moved from Seattle to Portland. I took a few classes, made some wonderful friends, and then lucked into the most unexpected (and amazing) studio space; a grandma’s garage, shared with a fellow clay enthusiast. Together, we fumbled, learned, and found our rhythm in the ceramic world.

Now, I create and teach at Pursuit Studios and Mudville, surrounded by inspiring, creative communities that continue to shape my work every day. If you’ve been curious about handbuilding or wheel throwing, I’d absolutely love to have you in a class! You can sign up through either studio’s website.
